To increase your cup of coffee one must find out the exact coffee-to-water ratio. This will help you not make coffee which is not very strong. You can also opt for bottled spring water instead of tap water. Also, keep the water temperature between 195 ° F and 205 ° F. This is the most appropriate temperature for drinking coffee without burning beans.

4. Add a dash of flavor

Apart from pre-workout, if you like to drink your coffee at other times of the day, then why not go for a cold decoction? The good thing is that it can be made in large quantities at one time and is also good for your stomach, as a lot of black coffee a day can cause acid reflux. All you have to do is mix grounded coffee in water (whichever ratio works for you) and let it sit for 18 to 24 hours. Strain it through a cheesecloth, store the decoction in an airtight container in the fridge and consume it within three days.

So, enjoy the right ‘caffeine kick’ which not only increases your energy but also increases your productivity.
