Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd on Wednesday bought shares of the Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) worth over Rs 144 crore by way of an open market transaction.
The shares had been offered by DVPL Ventures LLP, in line with bulk knowledge accessible on the BSE.
As per the information, Dalmia Cement purchased 70 lakh scrips of IEX at a mean value of Rs 206.20 per share. At this value, transaction dimension is estimated to be Rs 144.34 crore.
Earlier this month, Dalmia Cement bought shares of the IEX worth practically Rs 98 crore by way of open market transaction.
On Wednesday, shares of the IEX closed 2.98 per cent increased at Rs 211.05 on the BSE.
