Assam schools can begin regular classes from January 1

Himanta Biswa Sarma introduced that hostels in instructional establishments can even be allowed to function from December 15 this 12 months.

Schools in Assam can be allowed to restart regular classes for college kids until class 6 from January 1, 2021, state Health and Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma introduced Monday. He added that hostels in instructional establishments can even be allowed to function from December 15 this 12 months.

“A detailed SOP in this regard will be issued soon,” Sarma stated.

Regarding the hostels, Sarma stated they might be allowed to reopen in a “limited” method. (*1*) he stated.
