1 cup – Homemade ghee
1½ cup – Atta or wheat
4 cups – Almonds, coconut, cashew nuts, pistachios and a mixture of sesame, pumpkin, magaj and flax seeds and muesli, crushed
1 tbsp – Gond, crushed
1 tbsp – Fox nuts
2 tbsp – Poppy seeds
½ tsp – Kamarkas
1 cup – Jaggery powder
*Roast the atta in ghee after which add crushed gond crystals.
*After 2 minutes, dry stir in roasted foxnuts, poppy seeds, kamarkas, muesli, and cook dinner for one other two minutes.
*Put the fuel on simmer and blend all dry fruits with jaggery powder.
*Switch off the fuel and let it calm down earlier than consuming or storing.
