External affairs minister (EAM) S Jaishankar on Tuesday termed his first meeting with the international ministers of the US, UAE, and Israel as ‘fruitful’ and stated the ministers mentioned working collectively on financial progress and international points. “A fruitful first meeting with Israeli APM and FM Yair Lapid, UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed and US Secretary of State Secretary Antony Blinken this evening,” the EAM stated in a tweet.

“Discussed working together more closely on economic growth and global issues, agreed on expeditious follow-up,” he added within the tweet.

Jaishankar’s remarks got here after the minister alongside with his Israeli counterpart Yair Lapid joined a digital meeting with US secretary of state Antony Blinken and UAE international minister Abdullah bin Zayed.

During the meeting, the ministers mentioned a spread of points together with local weather change, power cooperation maritime safety, and increasing financial and political cooperation within the respective areas, US division of state spokesperson Ned Price knowledgeable throughout a press briefing.
