Delhi Police on February 4 registered a primary data report (FIR) below sections 124A (sedition), 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to trigger riot), 153A (selling enmity between completely different teams) and 120B (felony conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) after Thunberg tweeted the toolkit whereas expressing her assist for the farmers’ protest in India.
