Jitendra Rebel Tiwari loses party’s West Burdwan chief post, Rajib skips Howrah rally

The Trinamool Congress, which on Sunday made some organisational modifications in its state and district items, eliminated Jitendra Tiwari from the submit of the party’s West Burdwan district unit president.

Tiwari, the previous administrator of Asansol Municipal Corporation, had lately voiced discontent over the operating of the civic board and had resigned from the social gathering solely to rejoin days later.

Tiwari, who had vowed to work for TMC chief Mamata Banerjee after a meeting with the social gathering management within the final week of December, has been changed by Apurba Mukhopadhyay because the TMC district president.

Meanwhile, Forest Minister Rajib Banerjee and TMC MLA Baishali Dalmia on Sunday skipped a celebration rally in Howrah, fuelling hypothesis that they could stop the social gathering. The rally was led by Arup Roy and social gathering MP Prasun Banerjee.

Rajib Banerjee’s absence from the rally comes a day after he continued his assault on his social gathering, saying some social gathering leaders have been obstructing his “mission” to work for the welfare of individuals and grassroots employees.

In a Facebook Live, the minister stated, “I wanted to do some good work for the people but failed to do because of some persons in the party.” The Domjur MLA stated he was patiently ready for the best time to get his grievances, “solely concerning the well-being of people”, and requested the TMC management to take “corrective steps” to bridge the hole between the social gathering and the individuals.

Dalmia had earlier backed Laxmi Ratan Shukla after the latter stop the state Cabinet.
