Normal life was affected in a number of districts of Odisha on Monday following a 10-hour countrywide shutdown known as by Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM), a united entrance of farmer outfits that has been demanding repeal of the three farm legal guidelines enacted by Centre a year in the past.
