Delhi Police Recruitment 2020: SSC Announces 5,846 Agent Vacancies

Delhi Police Officer 2020 Vacancy: The Personnel Selection Commission (SSC) has released the recruitment notice for (executive) agent in Delhi Police.

The Personnel Selection Commission (SSC) has published the recruitment notice for Constable (Executive) in the Delhi Police. The recruitment exam will be held for male and female candidates. The commission has announced 5,846 openings. The online application begins on August 1 and will end on September 7, 2020.

Delhi Police Constable Vacancies

There are 3,433 openings for the male agent, 226 openings for the male agent (ESM Others), 243 openings for the male agent (ESM Commando) and 1,944 openings for the female agent.

Candidates must have passed the 10 + 2 exam from a recognized board. Male candidates must also have a valid LMV (motorcycle or automobile) driver’s license on the date of the Physical Resistance and Measurement Test (PE&MT).

The lower age limit is 18 years old and the upper age limit is 25 years old as of July 1, 2020. Candidates are encouraged to carefully read the recruitment notice for the eligibility rules and relaxation criteria.

Delhi Police Constable Online Form 2020

Eligible candidates can apply online through the SSC website, ‘ssc.nic.in’. The application fee is Rs. 100. Female candidates and female candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-military (ESM) eligible for reservations are exempt from the application fee.

Candidates can pay the application fee until September 9. For candidates who want to make a cash payment through SBI challan, the last date to generate a challan is September 11 and the last date to pay the application fee is September 14, 2020.

Delhi Police Constable 2020 Recruitment Process

The exam will consist of a computer-based exam, physical endurance test, and measurement (PE&MT) followed by a medical exam. The computerized exam will take place from November 27 to December 14, 2020.

Delhi Police Constable Syllabus

The computerized exam will have 100 questions with 100 points. There will be 50 General Knowledge and Current Issues questions, 25 Reasoning Questions, 15 Numerical Ability questions, and 10 questions covering Computer Fundamentals, MS Excel, MS Word, Communication, Internet, WWW and web browsers, etc.
