From today, the price of 14.2 kg non-subsidized LPG cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 61.5 in Delhi. After this it has been priced at Rs 744, earlier it was Rs 805.50. Its price has come down to Rs 744.50 in Kolkata, Rs 714.50 in Mumbai and Rs 761.50 in Chennai. Whereas earlier in these metros it used to be Rs 839.50, Rs 776.50 and Rs 826 respectively.

19 kg LPG cylinder prices also reduced
In addition, companies have also cut prices of 19 kg LPG cylinders. The 19 kg LPG cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 96 in Delhi. Earlier it was Rs 1,381.50, which will be available to customers from today for Rs 1,285.50. At the same time, its price has come down to Rs 1,348.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1,234.50 in Mumbai and Rs 1,402 in Chennai.

Government gives subsidy on gas cylinders
At present, the government provides subsidy on 12 cylinders of 14.2 kg for each household in a year. If customers want to take more cylinders than this, then they buy them at market price. The price of a gas cylinder changes every month. Its prices determine factors such as average international benchmarks and changes in foreign exchange rates.

Booking will be done on the difference of 15 days only
It is known that the IOC has said that now LPG can be booked by customers at a difference of 15 days. In this context, IOC President Sanjeev Singh assured in a video message that there is no shortage of LPG in the country.
