South Korean company Samsung has also come forward to help amid the growing outbreak of COVID-19. Samsung has joined hands with local authorities and health care professionals to help in the war against the corona virus. The company has said that they are providing thousands of masks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to hospitals. PPE are devices used to protect a person. Gloves, masks, goggles, suits, etc. worn by doctors, nurses or the rest of the staff to ward off corona virus are all PPE. Samsung has also said that the company will provide a large-scale infra-red thermometer and public address system, which will be used by hospital authorities and others. Apart from this, the company will also distribute air purifiers for clean air in hospitals.

The company said in its statement, “Samsung is also supporting the local police in providing cooked food packets to the local people around its manufacturing facility.” Please tell that Samsung India has ordered work from home to all its sales, marketing and research and development department employees.
